With this service I will evaluate your needs and goals, model workouts, and make a workout schedule for you. This includes: Helping you develop short and long-term goals, help with fitness goals and competitions, give advice on nutrition, health, and lifestyle changes!

Online Personal Training

1 hour: $60
30 minutes: $30

All you need is your computer, phone, or tablet to train from anywhere! Virtual personal training is changing the way we exercise. No longer do you need to have a gym membership, or find a trainer in your local area. Personal training can now come to you anywhere! Each session is live 1-on-1 with me. You will schedule a time, just as you would in-person, only difference is it is delivered to you over the internet!

Nutrition Consultation

I will establish short and long-term health goals with you, teaching you about health and nutrition and teach you how to develop effective nutrition plans for you to follow in order for you to accomplish your goals!

Custom Workout Plan

1 Month: $85
2 Months: $150
3 Months: $210

This is a custom-made workout plan built from scratch by me and is designed specifically for you and your fitness goals! The workout plan includes a detailed resistance training routine (including exercises, sets, repetitions, lifting tempo, rest intervals, intensity loads, planned deloads and a progression plan) as well as specific instructions for cardiovascular exercise. Also for each exercise, there are links to pictured examples, short video guides, and written descriptions of how the exercise should be preformed! So you will always know that you are preforming the exercise correctly!
